The film’s intelligent “White-outside, Black-inside” design assigns specific roles to each layer for superior performance:
White Outer Layer:
Solar Reflection: Effectively reflects sunlight and solar heat, significantly reducing the internal temperature of bales under direct sunlight. This prevents overheating and undesirable fermentation.
UV Resistance: Contains high-performance UV inhibitors that protect the film itself from solar degradation, preventing brittleness and extending service life in outdoor storage.
Black Inner Layer:
Total Light Blockage: Provides complete opacity, shielding the silage from ultraviolet rays that destroy essential nutrients like vitamins A and E, and carotene. This preserves the nutritional value and color of the feed.
Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to the acidic conditions of fermentation, ensuring the film remains intact and does not degrade upon contact with the silage.

3. Correct Usage Instructions
For optimal results, it is crucial to ensure: The white side must face upwards (towards the sun/sky), and the black side must face downwards (in contact with the forage).
This correct orientation maximizes the sun-reflecting and insulating properties of the white layer while utilizing the total light blockage and corrosion resistance of the black layer, working together to maintain a stable fermentation environment and prevent nutrient loss.
