The 22-micron film delivers the perfect balance of strength, durability, and value.Thinner than ordinary forage film,in order  to  obtain  the  best  storage  effect,wrap  the  forage with  50-60%moisture,pre-stretch  the  film to 55%-60%,and wrap at least four layers for  each  bale,which  not  only  guarantees  economy but also the best storage effect of forage It provides enhanced protection against UV radiation and extreme weather conditions, ensuring optimal fermentation for medium to long-term storage (6-12 months). This is the recommended all-round choice for most farming applications.

The 20-micron film offers a cost-effective solution for short-term silage storage (up to 6 months). Its excellent cling and puncture resistance provide reliable performance for bales with standard density and sharp edges, making it ideal for operations with tight budget constraints.

Compared with the casting film and the three-layer co-extrusion blown film,the five-lay-  er co-extrusion  blown film  has greater tensile  strength.The thinning treatment  increases  the  amount  of  wrapping   by  30%with  the  same  length  film.The  larger  the  amount  of  use,the better  the cost advantage ,applicate to all tem-pecatures and forage.
