Featuring an intelligent “white-outside, black-inside” dual-layer design, it combines solar reflection (white layer) to prevent overheating and UV damage, with total light blockage (black layer) to lock in essential nutrients like vitamins A, E, and carotene. Crafted from metallocene-enhanced polyethylene, this agricultural-grade film delivers superior tensile strength, puncture resistance, and 100% waterproof protection—with infrared insulation to create the ideal anaerobic environment for lactic acid fermentation.

White Outer Layer:

Solar Reflection: Effectively reflects sunlight and solar heat, significantly reducing the internal temperature of bales under direct sunlight.

UV Resistance: Contains high-performance UV inhibitors that protect the film itself from solar degradation, preventing brittleness and extending service life in outdoor storage.

Black Inner Layer:

Total Light Blockage: Provides complete opacity, shielding the silage from ultraviolet rays that destroy essential nutrients like vitamins A and E, and carotene. This preserves the nutritional value and color of the feed.

Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to the acidic conditions of fermentation, ensuring the film remains intact and does not degrade upon contact with the silage.
